 HEARING

 

  1. Glenda L. Graves – 09CR0006.  (Murder, Tampering with Physical Evidence)  Ms. Graves (DOB 8/7/54) is charged in connection with the December 28, 2008 stabbing death of Norman Williams who was found in a Beecher Terrace apartment in the 400 block of South 12th Street.  A Suppression Hearing is scheduled for Friday, July 31, Division 13, at 9:30 A.M.  Michelle Rudovich is the prosecutor.

 

  1. Robert L. Stanley, Jr. – 08CR3858.  (Murder)  Mr. Stanley (DOB 10/14/60) is charged in connection with the December 19, 2008 stabbing death of Charles Ray Stanley outside a residence in the 7400 block of Blue Wing Drive.  A Hearing is scheduled for Friday, July 31, Division 1, at 10:30 A.M.  John Balliet is the prosecutor.

 

 

PRE - TRIAL CONFERENCE

 

1.      Charles Bonner (DOB 1/31/85) / Anthony Hill (DOB 6/4/86) / Damien Holbrook (DOB 12/21/81) – 08CR1880.  (Murder)  The defendants are charged in connection with the August 31, 2007 shooting death of Robert Robinson in the parking lot of the White Castle at Seventh Street and Broadway.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Monday, July 27, Division 4, at 8:30 A.M.  Nick Neumann is the prosecutor.

 

2.      Kalveron D. Jones – 09CR2054.  (Murder)  Mr. Jones (DOB 6/9/90) is charged in connection with the September 24, 2007 death of Mark Smith.  Mr. Smith was a pedestrian struck by a car near 22nd Street and Standard Avenue.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Monday, July 27, Division 4, at 8:45 A.M.  Chris Hutchison is the prosecutor.

 

3.      James Edward Stover – 09CR1102.  (Murder, Robbery 1st Degree, Possession of a Handgun by a Convicted Felon, Tampering with Physical Evidence, Trafficking in Marijuana, Persistent Felony Offender 2nd Degree)  Mr. Stover (DOB 4/2/84) is charged in connection with the April 3, 2009 shooting death of Camden McCroskey in the parking lot of Outer Loop Plaza.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Monday, July 27, Division 13, at 10:45 A.M.  Nick Neumann is the prosecutor.

 

4.      Martin W. Hughes – 08CR0511.  (Murder [2 Counts], Abuse of Corpse [2 Counts], Tampering with Physical Evidence)  Mr. Hughes (DOB 10/9/87) is charged in connection with the February 2, 2008 shooting deaths of Laura Hughes and Tessa Hughes in a home in the 4700 block of Zilma Drive.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Wednesday, July 29, Division 3, at 9:00 A.M.  Dorislee Gilbert is the prosecutor.

 

5.      Jeffrey M. Bynum – 09CR0828.  (Murder, Possession of a Handgun by a Convicted Felon, Tampering with Physical Evidence)  Mr. Bynum (DOB 9/30/81) is charged in connection with the March 10, 2009 shooting death of James DeSpain in the 300 block of North 18th Street.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Wednesday, July 29, Division 5, at 9:30 A.M.  Evan Spalding is the prosecutor.

 

6.      Edward E. White – 09CR1626.  (Murder, Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, Tampering with Physical Evidence, Persistant Felony Offender 1st Degree)  Mr. White (DOB 9/16/84) is charged in connection with the May 16, 2009 shooting death of Ramone Shirley in a parking lot in the Iroquois Homes housing complex.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Wednesday, July 29, Division 12, at 9:45 A.M.  Evan Spalding is the prosecutor.

 

7.      Irvin Kareem Arnold – 07CR1306.  (Murder, Assault 1st Degree [2 Counts], Theft by Unlawful Taking, Criminal Mischief 1st Degree, Fleeing or Evading Police)  Mr. Arnold (DOB 3/31/88) is charged in connection with the March 27, 2007 shooting death of Rashad McGinnis near Dixie Highway and Ormsby Avenue.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Thursday, July 30, Division 3, at 9:30 A.M.  Jennifer Wilcox is the prosecutor.

 

8.      Martell D. Bennett – 09CR1749.  (Murder, Attempted Murder, Robbery 1st Degree, Tampering with Physical Evidence)  Mr. Bennett (DOB 1/1/83) is charged in connection with the December 6, 2007 shooting death of James Wilson.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Friday, July 31, Division 5, at 8:45 A.M.  Nick Neumann is the prosecutor.

 

9.      Martell D. Bennett – 08CR1148.  (Murder, Robbery 1st Degree, Possession of a Handgun by a Convicted Felon, Intimidating a Participant in the Legal Process, Tampering with Physical Evidence)  Mr. Bennett (DOB 1/1/83) is charged in connection with the November 1, 2007 shooting death of Trey Weathers in the front yard of a home in the 800 block of 40th Street.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Friday, July 31, Division 13, at 9:00 A.M.  Nick Neuman is the prosecutor.
