HEARING

 

  1. Antonio L. Bradley – 04CR3162.  (Murder, Tampering with Physical Evidence)  Mr. Bradley (DOB 5/24/83) is charged in connection with the November 3, 2004 shooting death of Jonathan Watson on West Jefferson Street.  A Competency Hearing is scheduled for Monday, June 9, Division 7, at 1:30 P.M.  David Lewis is the prosecutor.

 

  1. Andrew Cochran (DOB 9/27/80) / Damon Talbert (DOB 8/29/83) – 07CR2782.  (Murder, Robbery 1st Degree, Burglary 1st Degree)  The defendants are charged in connection with the August 19, 2007 shooting death of Jamar Payne in an apartment in the De Soto Terrace housing complex.  A Hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, June 11, Division 10, at 9:00 A.M.  Tom Van De Rostyne is the prosecutor.

 

  1. William O. Ayers – 07CR2525.  (Perjury 1st Degree, Acting as a Bail Bondsman)  Mr. Ayers (DOB 5/17/47), an attorney, is charged in connection with the posting of bond for clients.  A Suppression Hearing is scheduled for Friday, June 13, Division 4, at 10:00 A.M.  Tom Van De Rostyne is the prosecutor.

 

 

PRE - TRIAL CONFERENCE

 

1.      Robert J. Derrico – 08CR0085.  (Murder, Tampering with Physical Evidence)  Mr. Carrico (DOB 1/28/49) is charged in connection with the January 3, 2008 death of Josephine Derrico who was found in her apartment at Rowan and 22nd streets.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Monday, June 9, Division 5, at 9:30 A.M.  Erin White is the prosecutor.

 

2.      Dashad Raleek Eubanks (DOB 7/4/89) /  Marilyn Amanda McCloud (DOB 1/23/88) /  Lajuan Lamont Vaughn (DOB 2/26/90) - 08CR1443.  (Murder, Criminal Attempted Murder [2 Counts], Robbery 1st Degree [3 Counts], Assault 1st Degree [2 Counts])  The defendants are charged in connection with the April 17, 2008 shooting death of Jermaine Bibb near Boone Square Park in Portland.  Two other victims were wounded in the incident.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Monday, June 9, Division 11, at 3:30 P.M.  Lisa Cartier Giroux is the prosecutor.

 

3.      Daniel Rodriguez – 07CR2867.  (Murder, Criminal Attempted Murder, Tampering with Physical Evidence)  Mr. Rodriguez (DOB 1/19/84) is charged in connection with the August 19, 2007 shooting death of Loranzo Hyatt who was found in the emergency lane of Interstate 264 between Cane Run Road and Dixie Highway.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Thursday, June 12, Division 8, at 8:30 A.M.  Michelle Grant Rudovich is the prosecutor.

 

4.      Chad Neal Rippy – 07CR3110.  (Murder, Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Intoxicants, No Motorcycle Operators License)  Mr. Rippy (DOB 6/11/71) is charged in connection with the August 3, 2007 motorcycle crash on Cane Run Road which resulted in the death of Carrie Ann Orr.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Thursday, June 12, Division 6, at 8:45 A.M.  Kristi Gray is the prosecutor.

 

5.      Triva Hogan – 07CR2784.  (Murder, Tampering with Physical Evidence)  Ms. Hogan (DOB 7/31/71) is charged in connection with the August 18, 2007 stabbing death of Willie James Sweet in the 600 block of South 34th Street.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Thursday, June 12, Division 6, at 8:45 A.M.  Dorislee Gilbert is the prosecutor.

 

6.      Larry Lamont White – 07CR4230.  (Murder, Rape 1st Degree)  Mr. White (DOB 3/30/58) is charged in connection with the June 1983 shooting death of Pamela Armstrong in the 1400 block of Beech Street.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Friday, June 13, Division 2, at 8:45 A.M.  Mark Baker is the prosecutor.

 

7.      Kenneth P. Gatewood – 08CR1184.  (Murder, Robbery 1st Degree, Tampering with Physical Evidence)  Mr. Gatewood (DOB 3/11/82) is charged in connection with the March 17, 2006 shooting death of Kerivan Muniz Vargas in the 700 block of Clay Street.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Friday, June 13, Division 1, at 9:00 A.M.  Mark Baker is the prosecutor.

 

 

TRIAL

 

1.      Charles W. Smith – 07CR1504.  (Murder, Tampering with Physical Evidence)  Mr. Smith (DOB 8/9/46) is charged in connection with the April 21, 2007 shooting death of Keith Lamont Smith at the Beecher Terrace housing complex in the 400 block of South 12th Street.  A Trial is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, June 10, Division 11, at 10:00 A.M.  Jonathan Heck is the prosecutor.
