ARRAIGNMENTS

 

  1. Fred Lee Davis, III – 09CR1574.  (Murder, Possession of a Handgun by a Convicted Felon, Tampering with Physical Evidence)  Mr. Davis (DOB 3/29/70) is charged in connection with the May 27, 2009 shooting death of Usef Milliner in the 900 block of South 32nd Street.  Arraignment is scheduled for Monday, June 8, Division 1, at 8:30 A.M.  Frank Dahl is the prosecutor.

 

 

HEARING

 

  1. Geno Anthony Robbins – 08CR3742.  (Murder, Tampering with Physical Evidence)  Mr. Robbins (DOB 9/5/86) is charged in connection with the December 15, 2008 shooting death of Theodore Weathers who was found in an alley near 26th and Rowan streets.  A Suppression Hearing is scheduled for Monday, June 8, Division 2, at 11:00 A.M.  Angela Johnson is the prosecutor.

 

  1. Mark A. Berry, Jr. – 08CR1559.  (Murder, Tampering with Physical Evidence, Robbery 1st Degree)  Mr. Berry (DOB 9/8/90) is charged in connection with the January 9, 2008 shooting death of Sean Wilson who was found in a car in a parking lot in the 900 block of Place Bleu.  A Suppression Hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, June 10, Division 3, at 9:00 A.M.  Kristi Gray is the prosecutor.

 

 

PRE - TRIAL CONFERENCE

 

1.      Jimmie Wayne Craig, Jr. (DOB 11/2/77) / Derrick Djan Moore (DOB 8/10/71) – 08CR2830.  (BOTH: Murder, Tampering with Physical Evidence; MOORE: Possession of a Handgun by a Convicted Felon, Persistent Felony Offender 1st Degree)  The defendants are charged in connection with the January 1, 2001 shooting death of Clifton Fant in the alley of the 600 block of South 44th Street.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Monday, June 8, Division 10, at 9:15 A.M.  Erin White is the prosecutor.

 

2.      Allen E. Burchett – 08CR3067.  (Murder)  Mr. Burchett (DOB 8/24/49) is charged in connection with the October 6, 2008 stabbing death of Melissa Burchett at an apartment in the 6600 block of Strawberry Lane.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Tuesday, June 9, Division 4, at 9:00 A.M.  John Balliet is the prosecutor.

 

3.      Gail Lynn Coontz – 08CR1574.  (Murder [2 Counts], Tampering with Physical Evidence, Terroristic Threatening, Unlawful Imprisonment 1st Degree, Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree)  Ms. Coontz (DOB 7/8/70) is charged in connection with the March 27, 2008 shooting death of her two children, Greg and Nikki, whose bodies were found in her home on Settle Boulevard in Okolona.  She is also charged in connection with an incident at the University of Louisville health services counseling center.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Tuesday, June 9, Division 5, at 9:00 A.M.  Dorislee Gilbert is the prosecutor.

 

4.      Don S. Fielder – 09CR0574.  (Murder, Rape 1st Degree, Tampering with Physical Evidence)  Mr. Fielder (DOB 8/16/83) is charged in connection with the February 12, 2009 death of Antigone Graham Smith at her apartment on Zachary Circle in the Park Place Apartments.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Wednesday, June 10, Division 12, at 9:30 A.M.  Erin White is the prosecutor.

 

 

TRIAL

 

1.      Antonio L. Bradley – 04CR3162.  (Murder, Tampering with Physical Evidence)  Mr. Bradley (DOB 5/24/83) is charged in connection with the November 3, 2004 shooting death of Jonathan Watson on West Jefferson Street.  A Trial is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, June 9, Division 7, at 9:30 A.M.  Ryane Conroy is the prosecutor.

 

2.      Charles Bonner (DOB 1/31/85) / Anthony Hill (DOB 6/4/86) / Damien Holbrook (DOB 12/21/81) – 08CR1880.  (Murder)  The defendants are charged in connection with the August 31, 2007 shooting death of Robert Robinson in the parking lot of the White Castle at Seventh Street and Broadway.  A Trial is tentatively scheduled for Friday, June 12, Division 4, at 1:00 P.M.  Artie McLaughlin is the prosecutor.
