Demetrius Lashawn Bradley (DOB 10/13/83) / Rashon Lavar Turner (DOB 6/16/86) – 07CR1403.  (BOTH: Murder, Robbery 1st Degree, Burglary 1st Degree, Assault 1st Degree, Tampering with Physical Evidence; BRADLEY: Persistent Felony Offender 1st Degree)  The defendants are charged in connection with the April 13, 2207 shooting death of Larry Pearson in the 3400 block of Boxelder Road.  Another victim was also shot in this incident.  Arraignment is scheduled for Monday, April 23, Division 9, at 1:30 P.M.  There is currently an active warrant for the arrest of both of these individuals.  Mark Baker is the prosecutor.

2. Malcolm L. Parsons – 07CR1364.  (Murder, Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Intoxicants)  Mr. Parsons (DOB 10/28/82) is charged in connection with the April 4, 2007 wreck on Eastern Parkway which resulted in the death of Matthew Johnson.  Arraignment is scheduled for Monday, April 23, Division 12, at 3:00 P.M.  Chris Hutchison is the prosecutor.

3. Nathaniel Anderson – 07CR1398.  (Theft by Deception >$300 [2 Counts], Abuse of a Corpse [2 Counts], Violation of Trust Provision – Funeral [2 Counts], Persistent Felony Offender 2nd Degree)  Mr. Anderson (DOB 11/29/65) is charged in connection with the mishandling of remains in relation to his funeral services business.  Arraignment has already occurred.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Friday, May 25, Division 11, at 9:30 A.M.  Todd Lewis is the prosecutor.

4. Jonathan Swilley – 07CR1382.  (Fetal Homicide 1st Degree, Assault 1st Degree, Criminal Mischief 1st Degree, Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Intoxicants, No Motor Vehicle Insurance, Disregarding Traffic Control Device)  Mr. Swilley (DOB 9/23/73) is charged in connection with the January 13, 2007 wreck on Bardstown Rd. at Interstate 265.  Arraignment has already occurred.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Thursday, May 17, Division 10, at 9:45 A.M.  Chris Hutchison is the prosecutor.

Vyacheslav Volkovitskiy – 05CR0290.  (Sexual Abuse 1st Degree)  Mr. Volkovitskiy (DOB 4/25/74) is charged in connection with the abuse of a child victim at a daycare center which he co-owned.  The case is scheduled for Motion Hour to consider an Expungement Motion on Monday, April 23, Division 1, at 8:30 A.M.  Jonathan Heck is the prosecutor.

2. Ricardo D. Taylor – 06CR1506.  (Criminal Attempted Murder [2 Counts], Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree [4 Counts], Fleeing or Evading Police, Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st Degree, Tampering with Physical Evidence)  Mr. Taylor (DOB 11/18/87) is charged in connection with the April 19, 2006 incident involving an armed standoff with Metro Police in the Sheppard Square housing complex.  A Competency Hearing is scheduled for Thursday, April 26, Division 6, at 10:00 A.M.  John Balliet is the prosecutor.

Thomas Sewastynowicz – 06CR1937.  (Murder)  Mr. Sewastynowicz (DOB 1/16/57) is charged in connection with the March 31, 2006 dragging death of Anthony Graham whose body was found at 13th and Rowan streets.  A Hearing is scheduled for Friday, April 27, Division 13, at 9:00 A.M.  Scott Davis is the prosecutor.

8.      Carey D. 9.      Wilbert Bethel (DOB 4/6/80) / Thomas Taylor (DOB 7/9/80) – 02CR1558 & 05CR0323.  The defendants are charged with multiple counts involving activities in and around Victory Park, highlighted by the July 31, 2000 murder of Lanogonay McCurley.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Friday, April 27, Division 10 at 9:30 A.M.  Tom Van De Rostyne and Ryane Conroy are the prosecutors.
