Degree) The
defendants are charged in connection with the January 12, 2007
shooting deaths of Isaac Vidaurri Perez and Isaias Perez
Gallegos at the Jefferson Square Apartments at 5405 Outer
Loop. A third man
was also wounded in the incident. A Pre-Trial Conference

at 643 Cecil Ave. which resulted in the shooting of former
Central High School principal, Joe McPherson. A Pre-Trial Conference

charged in connection with the January 22, 2006 shooting death

Degree) Mr.
Williams (DOB 9/9/90) is charged in connection with the
November 19, 2006 shooting death of Brad Corcoran in the 2600
block of West Jefferson Street. A Pre-Trial Conference
is scheduled for Friday, March 23, Division 10, at 1:45

is the prosecutor. TRIAL 1. Bruce O. Ewing – 03CR0313. (Rape 3rd Degree, Sodomy 3rd Degree [2 Counts]) Mr. Ewing (DOB 7/22/47), a former priest at St. Vincent DePaul Church, is charged in connection with alleged abuse of a female victim in the early 1970’s. in a Controlled Substance, Illegal Possession of a Controlled
Substance, Persistent Felony Offender 2nd Degree) The defendants are
charged in connection with the October 29, 2005 shooting death
of William D. Pouk in the 100 block of Kingston Drive. A Trial is tentatively scheduled

(Murder, Assault 1st Degree, Tampering with Physical Evidence, Possession of a Handgun by a Convicted Felon, Persistent Felony Offender 2nd Degree) Mr. Todd (DOB 9/9/80) is charged in connection with the December 31, 2005 shooting death of James L. Gary R. Goodman –
05CR2617. Mr. Goodman (DOB
12/22/51) was found guilty of Murder, Criminal Attempted
Murder [4 Counts], Tampering with Physical Evidence and
Resisting Arrest in connection with the August 18, 2005
shooting death of Paula Goodman in the 6400 block of Venango
Drive and a subsequent standoff with police near the corner of
Maryman Road and Blake Lane. Sentencing is
scheduled for Thursday, March 22, Division 11, at 9:00
A.M. Carol Cobb
is the prosecutor. 2. Drashawn M. Bartlett (DOB 2/18/82) / James Robert Girton (DOB 2/16/88) – 06CR0054 & 06CR0778. The defendants were found guilty of Manslaughter 2nd Degree, Robbery 1st Degree and Tampering with Physical Evidence in connection with the November 9, 2005 shooting death of Adolfo Jimenez in the 1500 block of Oleanda Avenue.
