 ARRAIGNMENTS

  1. Gary A. Lindsey, Jr. – 09CR0695.  (Murder, Tampering with Physical Evidence)  Mr. Lindsey (DOB 4/1/88) is charged in connection with the January 27, 2009 shooting death of William Wagner near 28th and Main streets in the Portland neighborhood.  Arraignment is scheduled for Monday, March 16, Division 12, at 3:00 P.M.  Jennifer Wilcox is the prosecutor.

 

  1. Anthony F. Bruce – 09CR0750.  (Murder, Tampering with Physical Evidence)  Mr. Bruce (DOB 9/15/90) is charged in connection with the December, 28, 2008 shooting death of Michael Foster at a Marathon gas station on West Broadway.  Arraignment is scheduled for Monday, March 16, Division 13, at 3:30 P.M.  Ryane Conroy is the prosecutor.

 

  1. Kungu Njuguna – 09CR0693.  (Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree, Fleeing or Evading Police 1st Degree, Tampering with a Witness, Violation of an Order of Release)  Mr. Njuguna (DOB 5/14/78), a former Assistant County Attorney, is charged in connection with a February 6, 2009 incident involving a female victim being struck by a vehicle and carried on the hood of the vehicle for a distance.  Arraignment is scheduled for Monday, March 16, Division 13, at 3:30 P.M.  John Balliet is the prosecutor.

 

 

HEARING

 

  1. John M. Davis, Jr. – 08CR2455.  (Murder, Tampering with Physical Evidence)  Mr. Davis (DOB 8/3/69) is charged in connection with the August 10, 2008 shooting death of Eddie Robinson at a car wash near the intersection of Stonestreet and 3rd Street roads.  A Suppression Hearing is scheduled for Friday, March 20, Division 6, at 8:45 A.M.  Mark Baker is the prosecutor.

 

  1. Andreas Coleman – 07CR0106.  (Murder)  Mr. Coleman (DOB 6/29/83) is charged in connection with the December 18, 2006 shooting death of Antonio Thompson at an apartment complex in the 200 block of Trafalgar Square.  A Hearing is scheduled for Friday, March 20, Division 8, at 2:30 P.M.  Ryane Conroy is the prosecutor.

 

 

PRE - TRIAL CONFERENCE

 

1.      Frederick W. Davis – 09CR0399.  (Murder, Wanton Endangerment [2 Counts], Tampering with Physical Evidence)  Mr. Davis (DOB 10/1/90) is charged in connection with the February 4, 2009 shooting death of James F. Allen near the Beecher Terrace housing complex.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Thursday, March 19, Division 9, at 9:00 A.M.  Erin White is the prosecutor.

 

2.      David Jason Stinson – 09CR0207.  (Reckless Homicide)  Mr. Stinson (DOB 9/16/72) is charged in connection with the August 23, 2008 death of Max Gilpin who collapsed at an August 20, 2008 football practice at Pleasure Ridge Park High School.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Friday, March 20, Division 12, at 9:15 A.M.  David Stengel and Leland Hulbert are the prosecutors.

 

 

TRIAL

 

1.      Kathryn E. McCoy – 07CR4107.  (Murder, Tampering with Physical Evidence)  Ms. McCoy (DOB 4/6/88) is charged in connection with the October 24, 2006 death of her baby in a dorm at Bellarmine University.  A Trial is tentatively scheduled for Monday, March 16, Division 12, at 1:00 P.M.  Katherine Kingren is the prosecutor.

 

2.      Norman G. Smith – 05CR2324.  (Murder)  Mr. Smith (DOB 5/4/85) is charged in connection with the July 28, 2005 shooting death of Rayshon Myers in the 300 block of North 38th Street.  A Trial is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, March 17, Division 9, at 9:30 A.M.  Ryane Conroy is the prosecutor.
