ARRAIGNMENTS

  1. Don S. Fielder – 09CR0574.  (Murder, Rape 1st Degree, Tampering with Physical Evidence)  Mr. Fielder (DOB 8/16/83) is charged in connection with the February 12, 2009 death of Antigone Graham Smith at her apartment on Zachary Circle in the Park Place Apartments.  Arraignment is scheduled for Monday, March 2, Division 12, at 3:00 P.M.  Erin White is the prosecutor.

  

HEARING

 

  1. Daniel Rodriguez – 07CR2867.  (Murder, Criminal Attempted Murder, Tampering with Physical Evidence)  Mr. Rodriguez (DOB 1/19/84) is charged in connection with the August 19, 2007 shooting death of Loranzo Hyatt who was found in the emergency lane of Interstate 264 between Cane Run Road and Dixie Highway.  A Competency Hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, March 3, Division 8, at 9:30 A.M.  Michelle Grant Rudovich is the prosecutor.

 

 

PRE - TRIAL CONFERENCE

 

1.      William G. Seidl – 08CR2593.  (Murder)  Mr. Seidl (DOB 1/9/40) is charged in connection with the August 30, 2008 shooting death of Dorene Seidl in the 8200 block of Grandfield Way in the Pleasure Ridge Park neighborhood.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Monday, March 2 Division 10, at 8:45 A.M.  Christie Foster is the prosecutor.

 

2.      Michael W. Priddy (DOB 1/13/85) / Joseph Reno (DOB 1/19/85) – 07CR3446.  (Rape 1st Degree, Sodomy 1st Degree [2 Counts], Kidnapping [2 Counts], Robbery 1st Degree, Burglary 1st Degree, Assault 2nd Degree, Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree [2 Counts])  The defendants are charged in connection with an October 13, 2007 attack on a couple following a break in of a home in the area of Fern Valley and Old Shepherdsville roads.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Monday, March 2, Division 3, at 9:00 A.M.  Elizabeth Jones Brown is the prosecutor.

 

3.      Arthur R. Pledger, Jr. – 08CR3642.  (Rape 3rd Degree [2 Counts])  Mr. Pledger (DOB 8/16/81) is charged in connection with the rape of a 15 year old female victim.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Monday, March 2, Division 6, at 1:00 P.M.  John Balliet is the prosecutor.

 

4.      Antonio L. Bradley – 04CR3162.  (Murder, Tampering with Physical Evidence)  Mr. Bradley (DOB 5/24/83) is charged in connection with the November 3, 2004 shooting death of Jonathan Watson on West Jefferson Street.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Monday, March 2, Division 7, at 1:30 P.M.  Ryane Conroy is the prosecutor.

 

5.      Donquatus Faulkner (DOB 1/14/86) / Dwayne High (DOB 8/15/87) – 08CR1877.  (Murder, Robbery 1st Degree, Tampering with Physical Evidence)  The defendants are charged in connection with the June 11, 2008 shooting death of Antonio Leach who was found in a car on Revere Drive.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Tuesday, March 3, Division 6, at 8:45 A.M.  Ryane Conroy is the prosecutor.

 

6.      David W. Ehle – 07CR1517.  (Sodomy 1st Degree, Sexual Abuse 1st Degree [2 Counts], Possession of Matter Portraying a Sexual Performance by a Minor [4 Counts], Distribution of Obscene Matter to Minors)  Mr. Ehle (DOB 10/10/48) is charged in connection with the abuse of a juvenile female member of his family.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Tuesday, March 3, Division 5, at 9:00 A.M.  Dorislee Gilbert is the prosecutor.

 

7.      Norman G. Smith – 05CR2324.  (Murder)  Mr. Smith (DOB 5/4/85) is charged in connection with the July 28, 2005 shooting death of Rayshon Myers in the 300 block of North 38th Street.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Tuesday, March 3, Division 9, at 9:00 A.M.  Ryane Conroy is the prosecutor.

 

8.      Crystal Lee Gordon (DOB 12/15/79) / Reginald Grider (DOB 10/23/91) / Damon Phelps (DOB 10/9/92)– 08CR2816 & 08CR3131.  (ALL: Murder, Robbery 1st Degree; GORDON: Persistent Felony Offender 2nd Degree; GRIDER: Possession of a Handgun by a Minor)  The defendants are charged in connection with the September 12, 2008 shooting death of Cesario Gomez at the Yorktown Apartments in the 7400 block of Garrison Road.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Tuesday, March 3, Division 12, at 9:00 A.M.  Leland Hulbert and Michelle Rudovich are the prosecutors.

 

9.      Richard Johnson – 07CR1500.  (Rape 2nd Degree, Sodomy 2nd Degree)  Mr. Johnson (DOB 1/26/68), a Metro Corrections Sergeant, is charged in connection with the abuse of two juvenile female victims.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Tuesday, March 3, Division 6, at 9:30 A.M.  John Balliet is the prosecutor.

 

10.  Michael L. Knights (DOB 11/9/79) / Jeston Edward Murray (DOB 2/12/82) – 09CR0199.  (Murder [2 Counts], Robbery 1st Degree, Burglary 1st Degree, Tampering with Physical Evidence [2 Counts])  The defendants are charged in connection with the December 27, 2008 beating death of Darrell Spencer at a store in the 600 block of W. Main St. and the January 4, 2009 stabbing death of Marcus Penny at an apartment at 3640 Manslick Road.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Wednesday, March 4, Division 12, at 9:00 A.M.  Tom Van De Rostyne is the prosecutor.

 

11.  Irvin Kareem Arnold – 07CR1306.  (Murder, Assault 1st Degree [2 Counts], Theft by Unlawful Taking, Criminal Mischief 1st Degree, Fleeing or Evading Police)  Mr. Arnold (DOB 3/31/88) is charged in connection with the March 27, 2007 shooting death of Rashad McGinnis near Dixie Highway and Ormsby Avenue.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Wednesday, March 4, Division 3, at 10:15 A.M.  Jennifer Wilcox is the prosecutor.

 

12.  Robert L. Stanley, Jr. – 08CR3858.  (Murder)  Mr. Stanley (DOB 10/14/60) is charged in connection with the December 19, 2008 stabbing death of Charles Ray Stanley outside a residence in the 7400 block of Blue Wing Drive.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Thursday, March 5, Division 1, at 11:00 A.M.  John Balliet is the prosecutor.

 

13.  Alexander L. Ruff – 08CR3686.  (Murder, Robbery 1st Degree [3 Counts])  Mr. Ruff (DOB 3/30/85) is charged in connection with the November 24, 2008 shooting death of Mohamed Abdelrahman at the New York Fashions clothing store at 2049 Lytle Street in the Portland neighborhood.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Friday, March 6, Division 3, at 8:45 A.M.  Mark Baker is the prosecutor.

 

14.  Cory M. Gibson – 08CR1984.  (Murder, Robbery 1st Degree, Sodomy 1st Degree, Tampering with Physical Evidence)  Mr. Gibson (DOB 2/25/86) is charged in connection with the April 5, 2007 strangulation death of ZoAnn McCampbell, whose body was found in a parking lot in the area of Manslick Road and Crums Lane.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Friday, March 6, Division 4, at 9:00 A.M.  Jason Butler is the prosecutor.

 

15.  Adam Anthony Barker – 07CR0691.  (Murder, Criminal Attempted Murder, Tampering with Physical Evidence [2 Counts], Criminal Mischief 2nd Degree)  Mr. Barker (DOB 11/13/81) is charged in connection with the October 12, 2003 shooting death of Zachary Scarpellini in the 1200 block of Cherokee Road at Longest Road.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Friday, March 6, Division 6, at 10:00 A.M.  Tom Van De Rostyne is the prosecutor.

 

 

TRIAL

 

1.      John Thomas Jones – 07CR1651.  (Murder)  Mr. Jones (DOB 9/26/86) is charged in connection with the April 30, 2007 shooting death of James Bland at the B-Line Food Mart at 3507 W. Broadway.  A Trial is tentatively scheduled for Monday, March 2, Division 10, at 1:30 P.M.  Jon Heck is the prosecutor.

 

2.      Kevin L. Simms (AKA: Kevin Franklin) – 08CR2149.  (Murder, Tampering with Physical Evidence)  Mr. Simms (DOB 09/15/1970) is charged in connection with the June 7, 2003 shooting death of Charles S. Miller at 2721 W. Magazine Street.  A Trial is tentatively scheduled for Monday, March 2, Division 4, at 2:30 P.M.  Tom Van De Rostyne is the prosecutor.
