- Raymal L. Rivers – 06CR1806. (Murder, Tampering with Physical Evidence, Wanton Endangerment [12 Counts]) Mr. Rivers (DOB 10/10/79) is charged in connection with the May 27, 2006 shooting death of Larry Johnson in the McDonald’s restaurant parking lot in the 12000 block of Lagrange Road. A Hearing is scheduled for Friday, February 15, Division 12, at 10:30 A.M. Artie McLaughlin is the prosecutor.

1. Robert J. Derrico – 08CR0085. (Murder, Tampering with Physical Evidence) Mr. Carrico (DOB 1/28/49) is charged in connection with the January 3, 2008 death of Josephine Derrico who was found in her apartment at Rowan and 22nd streets. A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Tuesday, February 12, Division 5, at 10:00 A.M. Erin White is the prosecutor.
2. Charles W. Smith – 07CR1504. (Murder, Tampering with Physical Evidence) Mr. Smith (DOB 8/9/46) is charged in connection with the April 21, 2007 shooting death of Keith Lamont Smith at the Beecher Terrace housing complex in the 400 block of South 12th Street. A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Wednesday, February 13, Division 11, at 1:30 P.M. Jonathan Heck is the prosecutor.
3. David W. Ehle – 07CR1517. (Sodomy 1st Degree, Sexual Abuse 1st Degree [2 Counts], Possession of Matter Portraying a Sexual Performance by a Minor [4 Counts], Distribution of Obscene Matter to Minors) Mr. Ehle (DOB 10/10/48) is charged in connection with the abuse of a juvenile female member of his family. A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Thursday, February 14, Division 5, at 1:00 P.M. Dorislee Gilbert is the prosecutor.
TRIAL
1. Andre R. Hill – 06CR0170. (Murder) Mr. Hill (DOB 9/26/65) is charged in connection with the January 7, 2006 stabbing death of Roy Matlock. The incident occurred in the 200 block of St. Joseph Street. A Trial is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, February 13, Division 13, at 9:30 A.M. Katherine Kingren is the prosecutor.
