HEARING

 

  1. Michael L. Knights (DOB 11/9/79) / Jeston Edward Murray (DOB 2/12/82) – 09CR0199.  (Murder [2 Counts], Robbery 1st Degree, Burglary 1st Degree, Tampering with Physical Evidence [2 Counts])  The defendants are charged in connection with the December 27, 2008 beating death of Darrell Spencer at a store in the 600 block of W. Main St. and the January 4, 2009 stabbing death of Marcus Penny at an apartment at 3640 Manslick Road.  A Bond Hearing is scheduled for Monday, February 9, Division 12, at 9:00 A.M.  Tom Van De Rostyne is the prosecutor.

 

  1. Ronny D. Walker – 07CR3112.  (Murder, Burglary 1st Degree, Tampering with a Witness [2 Counts], Intimidating a Participant in the Legal Process [4 Counts], Tampering with Physical Evidence, Persistent Felony Offender 1st Degree)  Mr. Walker (DOB 1/22/65) is charged in connection with the September 15, 2007 beating death of Derek Anthony Scott in a home in the 4200 block of Fordson Way.  A Competency Hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, February 10, Division 13, at 9:00 A.M.  Christie Foster is the prosecutor.

 

  1. Daniel Rodriguez – 07CR2867.  (Murder, Criminal Attempted Murder, Tampering with Physical Evidence)  Mr. Rodriguez (DOB 1/19/84) is charged in connection with the August 19, 2007 shooting death of Loranzo Hyatt who was found in the emergency lane of Interstate 264 between Cane Run Road and Dixie Highway.  A Competency Hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, February 11, Division 8, at 8:30 A.M.  Michelle Grant Rudovich is the prosecutor.

 

 

PRE - TRIAL CONFERENCE

 

1.      Antonio L. Bradley – 04CR3162.  (Murder, Tampering with Physical Evidence)  Mr. Bradley (DOB 5/24/83) is charged in connection with the November 3, 2004 shooting death of Jonathan Watson on West Jefferson Street.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Tuesday, February 10, Division 7, at 8:30 A.M.  Ryane Conroy is the prosecutor.

 

2.      Mary Ellen Tyndall – 07CR3534.  (Murder, Tampering with Physical Evidence)  Ms. Tyndall (DOB 8/26/54) is charged in connection with the October 19, 2007 bludgeoning death of her husband, Nara Tyndall, at their home in the 1300 block of Dixie Highway.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Tuesday, February 10, Division 1, at 9:00 A.M.  John Balliet is the prosecutor.

 

3.      Henry A. Booker, Jr. – 08CR0121.  (Murder, Arson 1st Degree, Assault 1st Degree, Abuse of Corpse, Tampering with Physical Evidence, Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree)  Mr. Booker (DOB 8/29/70) is charged in connection with the January 2, 2008 death of James Happel whose body was found in a burning home in the 600 block of Iowa Avenue.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Tuesday, February 10, Division 12, at 9:00 A.M.  Tom Van De Rostyne is the prosecutor.

 

4.      Arthur R. Pledger, Jr. – 08CR3642.  (Rape 3rd Degree [2 Counts])  Mr. Pledger (DOB 8/16/81) is charged in connection with the rape of a 15 year old female victim.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Tuesday, February 10, Division 6, at 10:30 A.M.  John Balliet is the prosecutor.

 

5.      Anthony J. Gibbs (DOB 4/19/84) / Joshua E. Godfrey (DOB 8/6/88) – 08CR2076.  (Murder, Assault 1st Degree, Robbery 1st Degree [2 Counts], Tampering with Physical Evidence)  The defendants are charged in connection with the July 2, 2008 altercation which led to the death of Martess Bethel at an apartment on Reeser Place.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Thursday, February 12, Division 4, at 9:00 A.M.  Erin White is the prosecutor.

 

6.      James Quisenberry, Jr. (DOB 2/20/81) / Kenneth Williams (DOB 4/1/85) – 07CR2791.  (Murder, Attempted Murder, Robbery 1st Degree, Assault 1st Degree, Tampering with Physical Evidence, Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon)  The defendants are charged in connection with the May 18, 2006 shooting death of Earon Harper and the shooting injury of then 2 year old Erica Hughes in the 1700 block of Wilson Ave.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Friday, February 13, Division 2, at 9:45 A.M.  Jon Heck is the prosecutor.

 

 

TRIAL

 

1.      Francois L. Cunningham – 05CR3713.  (Murder [2 Counts], Arson 1st Degree, Tampering with Physical Evidence, Persistent Felony Offender 2nd Degree)  Mr. Cunningham (DOB 8/6/77) is charged in connection with the October 12, 2005 shooting deaths of Trevor Alexander and Tykea Sanderson in Fern Creek Park.  The Trial’s Opening Arguments are scheduled for Monday, February 9, Division 10, at 10:00 A.M.  Ryane Conroy is the prosecutor.
