Mischief 1st Degree)
Mr. Stout (DOB 10/23/81) is charged in connection with
an August 5, 2006 wreck which resulted in the death of Michael
Anthony Strum on New LaGrange Road. Arraignment is
scheduled for Monday, January 28, Division 10, at 2:00

Blaine D. Williams – 07CR0335. (Manslaughter 2nd
Degree) Mr.
Williams (DOB 9/9/90) is charged in connection with the
November 19, 2006 shooting death of Brad Corcoran in the 2600
block of West Jefferson Street. A Pre-Trial Conference
is scheduled for Monday, January 28, Division 10, at 9:15

is the prosecutor. 2.
Francois L. Cunningham – 05CR3713. (Murder [2 Counts],
Arson 1st Degree, Tampering with Physical Evidence, Persistent
Felony Offender 2nd Degree) Mr. Cunningham (DOB
8/6/77) is charged in connection with the October 12, 2005
shooting deaths of Trevor Alexander and Tykea Sanderson in
Fern Creek Park.
A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Monday, January
28, Division 10, at 11:30 A.M. Ryane Conroy is the

Jesse Montez Galloway (DOB 5/28/86)
/ Corey D. Yelder (DOB 11/29/87) / Steven Lamont Smith (DOB
8/7/88) – 07CR0104 & 07CR0310. (Murder [2 Counts],
Robbery 1st Degree [2 Counts], Burglary 1st Degree, Tampering
with Physical Evidence)
The defendants are charged in connection with the July
29, 2006 shooting deaths of Lydell Perks and Aaron Pike at a
home in the 2200 block of Thurman Drive. A Pre-Trial Conference
is scheduled for Monday, January 28, Division 1, at 1:30

Jeffrey W. Flanigan – 07CR1916. (Murder, Robbery 1st
Degree, Possession of a Handgun by a Convicted Felon) Mr. Flanigan (DOB
10/21/83) is charged in connection with the May 22, 2007
shooting death of Curtis Lee Brown III at 35th Street, just
south of Broadway.
A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Wednesday,
January 30, Division 10, at 8:45 A.M. Mark Baker is the

2/20/81) / Kenneth Williams (DOB 4/1/85) – 07CR2791. (Murder, Attempted
Murder, Robbery 1st Degree, Assault 1st Degree, Tampering with
Physical Evidence, Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted
Felon) The
defendants are charged in connection with the May 18, 2006
shooting death of Earon Harper and the shooting injury of then
2 year old Erica Hughes in the 1700 block of Wilson Ave. A Pre-Trial Conference
is scheduled for Wednesday, January 30, Division 2, at 9:00

Kenneth L. Roberson – 07CR2092. (Murder, Illegal
Possession of a Controlled Substance, Persistent Felony
Offender 1st Degree)
Mr. Roberson (DOB 6/26/61) is charged in connection
with the June 8, 2007 death of Keith Mario Reed, Jr. at 24th
and Madison streets.

with Physical Evidence)
Ms. McCoy (DOB 4/6/88) is charged in connection with
the October 24, 2006 death of her baby in a dorm at Bellarmine
University. A

2006 beating death of Dr. Emery Lane at his home in the 400
block of University Ave.

Kenyon M. Pollock – 07CR3666. (Murder, Tampering
with Physical Evidence)
Mr. Pollock (DOB 5/8/72) is charged in connection with
the November 2, 2007 shooting death of Depietro Bell, who was
found near the intersection of Ellison and Julia avenues. A Pre-Trial Conference
is scheduled for Thursday, January 31, Division 9, at 9:15

Curtis J. Stafford – 07CR2767. (Murder, Tampering
with Physical Evidence)
Mr. Stafford (DOB 9/7/86) is charged in connection with
the August 18, 2007 shooting death of Bruce Hanserd in the
1000 block of Esquire Alley. A Pre-Trial Conference
is scheduled for Thursday, January 31, Division 1 at 9:30

with the July 1, 2007 strangling death of Dennis Kellems,
whose body was found July 14 at his home in the 4200 block of
South Second Street.
A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Friday,
February 1, Division 13, at 8:30 A.M. Jason Butler is the

Perjury 1st Degree, Tampering with Physical Evidence, Reckless
Abuse of an Adult; DANIEL & THOMPSON: Perjury 1st Degree,
Tampering with Physical Evidence) The defendants are
charged in connection with the June 25, 2006 injury death of
Lois Bright and subsequent Grand Jury investigation. Ms. Bright was a
patient at Four Courts Senior Center in Jefferson County. A Pre-Trial Conference
is scheduled for Friday, February 1, Division 2, at 8:30
