Control Devise)
Mr. Jones (DOB 7/3/86) is charged in connection with
the January 6, 2007 crash at First and Breckinridge streets
which resulted in the death of 11 year old Demetra Boyd and
injured 6 other people. Arraignment has
already occurred.
A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Tuesday,
February 20, Division 8, at 9:15

Marco Solis-Lopez – 07CR0184. (Murder [2 Counts],
Assault 1st Degree, Robbery 1st Degree [3 Counts],
Kidnapping, Trafficking in Marijuana, Tampering with
Physical Evidence, Persistent Felony Offender 2nd
Degree) Mr.
Solis-Lopez (DOB 11/14/76) is charged in connection with the
January 12, 2007 shooting deaths of Isaac Vidaurri Perez and
Isaias Perez Gallegos at the Jefferson Square Apartments at
5405 Outer Loop.
A third man was also wounded in the incident. A warrant of
arrest is currently active for Mr. Solis Lopez. Arraignment is
scheduled for Monday, January 22, Division 1, at
8:30
