ARRAIGNMENTS

 

  1. Charles D. Patterson – 09CR0061.  (Murder, Robbery 1st Degree, Burglary 1st Degree, Tampering with Physical Evidence, Persistent Felony Offender 2nd Degree)  Mr. Patterson (DOB 6/23/81) is charged in connection with the October 2005 stabbing death of Floyd Robey, III at his home on Kenhurst Drive.  Arraignment has already occurred.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Monday, February 23, Division 10, at 9:00 A.M.  Jason Butler is the prosecutor.

HEARING

  1. Mary Ellen Tyndall – 07CR3534.  (Murder, Tampering with Physical Evidence)  Ms. Tyndall (DOB 8/26/54) is charged in connection with the October 19, 2007 bludgeoning death of her husband, Nara Tyndall, at their home in the 1300 block of Dixie Highway.  A Hearing is scheduled for Thursday, January 22, Division 1, at 3:30 P.M.  Kristen Poindexter is the prosecutor.

PRE - TRIAL CONFERENCE

 

1.      Anthony T. Keene (DOB 10/20/90) / Octavin J. McCraw (DOB 5/28/91) – 08CR2195.  (Murder, Robbery 1st Degree, Tampering with Physical Evidence)  The defendants are charged in connection with the May 17, 2008 shooting death of Jamie E. Fey, Jr. in the 6600 block of Stana Drive.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Wednesday, January 21, Division 4, at 8:45 A.M.  Michelle Rudovich is the prosecutor.

2.      Tyrus Lamont Harvey – 05CR3358. (Robbery 1st Degree [10 Counts], Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, Escape 2nd Degree, Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree, Persistent Felony Offender 1st Degree)  Mr. Harvey (DOB 9/9/69) is charged in connection with the armed robbery of numerous businesses throughout Jefferson County.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Thursday, January 22, Division 10, at 9:00 A.M.  Kristi Gray is the prosecutor.

3.      William G. Seidl – 08CR2593.  (Murder)  Mr. Seidl (DOB 1/9/40) is charged in connection with the August 30, 2008 shooting death of Dorene Seidl in the 8200 block of Grandfield Way in the Pleasure Ridge Park neighborhood.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Thursday, January 22, Division 10, at 10:15 A.M.  Christie Foster is the prosecutor.

4.      John M. Davis, Jr. – 08CR2455.  (Murder, Tampering with Physical Evidence)  Mr. Davis (DOB 8/3/69) is charged in connection with the August 10, 2008 shooting death of Eddie Robinson at a car wash near the intersection of Stonestreet and 3rd Street roads.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Thursday, January 22, Division 6, at 10:30 A.M.  Mark Baker is the prosecutor.

5.      Kenneth P. Gatewood – 08CR1184.  (Murder, Robbery 1st Degree, Tampering with Physical Evidence)  Mr. Gatewood (DOB 3/11/82) is charged in connection with the March 17, 2006 shooting death of Kerivan Muniz Vargas in the 700 block of Clay Street.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Thursday, January 22, Division 1, at 3:00 P.M.  Mark Baker is the prosecutor.

6.      Alexander L. Ruff – 08CR3686.  (Murder, Robbery 1st Degree [3 Counts])  Mr. Ruff (DOB 3/30/85) is charged in connection with the November 24, 2008 shooting death of Mohamed Abdelrahman at the New York Fashions clothing store at 2049 Lytle Street in the Portland neighborhood.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Friday, January 23, Division 3, at 10:00 A.M.  Mark Baker is the prosecutor.

TRIAL

 

1.      Marcus Deshon Fresh – 07CR0577.  (Murder, Retaliating Against a Participant in the Legal Process)  Mr. Fresh (DOB 9/6/84) is charged in connection with the February 1, 2007 shooting death of Edrisha Reed on Tuscarora Way in the Iroquois Homes housing complex.  A Trial is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, January 20, Division 4, at 10:00 A.M.  Christie Foster is the prosecutor.

2.      Martin Phillip Jackson – 07CR1666 & 07CR2321.  (Kidnapping, Burglary, Assault 2nd Degree, Attempted Rape 1st Degree, Fleeing or Evading Police, Operating a Taxi Without a Valid License, Persistent Felony Offender 2nd Degree)  Mr. Jackson (DOB 5/17/66) is charged in connection with the May 5, 2007 abduction and beating of a female victim.  A Trial is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, January 20, Division 1, at 10:00 A.M.  Jennifer Wilcox and Ryane Conroy are the prosecutors.

3.      Rocky McEntire – 07CR2733.  (Rape 1st Degree, Kidnapping)  Mr. McEntire (DOB 5/29/82) is charged in connection with the rape of an adult female victim.  A Trial is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, January 21, Division 1, at 10:00 A.M.  Ruth Lerner is the prosecutor.
