ARRAIGNMENTS

 

  1. David Carl Ola – 07CR0105.  (Murder)  Mr. Ola (DOB 3/1/66) is charged in connection with the December 30, 2006 shooting death of Russell Ola at a house on Granger Road in the Fairdale community.  Arraignment has already occurred.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Tuesday, February 13, Division 5, at 10:30 A.M.  Katherine Kingren is the prosecutor.

 

  1. Andreas Coleman (DOB 6/29/83) / Antonio D. Hawkins (DOB 2/22/85) – 07CR0106.  (Murder)  The defendants are charged in connection with the December 18, 2006 shooting death of Antonio Thompson at an apartment complex in the 200 block of Trafalgar Square.  Arraignment has already occurred.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Tuesday, February 13, Division 1, at 8:30 A.M.  Ryane Conroy is the prosecutor.

 

  1. Jesse Montez Galloway (DOB 5/28/86) / Corey D. Yelder (DOB 11/29/87) – 07CR0104.  (Murder [2 Counts], Robbery 1st Degree [2 Counts], Burglary 1st Degree, Tampering with Physical Evidence)  The defendants are charged in connection with the July 29, 2006 shooting deaths of Lydell Perks and Aaron Pike at a home in the 2200 block of Thurman Drive.  Arraignment has already occurred.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Tuesday, March 13, Division 1, at 9:30 A.M.  Scott Davis is the prosecutor.

 

 

HEARING

 

  1. Francois L. Cunningham – 05CR3713.  (Murder [2 Counts], Arson 1st Degree, Tampering with Physical Evidence, Persistent Felony Offender 2nd Degree)  Mr. Cunningham (DOB 8/6/77) is charged in connection with the October 12, 2005 shooting deaths of Trevor Alexander and Tykea Sanderson in Fern Creek Park.  A Status Hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, January 17, Division 10, at 9:00 A.M.  Ryane Conroy is the prosecutor.

 

  1. Walter Lee Colbert (DOB 9/23/73) / Lamont Roberts (DOB 4/16/63) – 06CR4034.  (Murder, Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs; ROBERTS: Possession of Cocaine; COLBERT: Operating on a Revoked Operators License)  The defendants are charged in connection with the October 21, 2006 wreck in the 2600 block of Dixie Highway which resulted in the death of Jessica McCawley.  A Bond Hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, January 17, Division 6, at 10:45 A.M.  Rick Taylor is the prosecutor.

 

  1. Drashawn M. Bartlett (DOB 2/18/82) / James Robert Girton (DOB 2/16/88) – 06CR0054 & 06CR0778.  (BOTH: Murder, Robbery 1st Degree [2 Counts], Tampering with Physical Evidence, Possession of a Controlled Substance; BARTLETT: Unlawful Transaction with a Minor 2nd Degree; GIRTON: Possession of a Handgun by a Minor)  The defendants are charged in connection with the November 9, 2005 shooting death of Adolfo Jimenez in the 1500 block of Oleanda Avenue.  A Suppression Hearing is scheduled for Friday, January 19, Division 12, at 1:30 A.M.  Khalid Kahloon is the prosecutor.

 

  1. Terribo Kohn – 06CR0742.  (Murder)  Mr. Kohn (DOB 12/3/58) is charged in connection with the February 27, 2006 beating death of Horace Transon at a boarding house in the 3700 block of West Broadway Street.  A Status Hearing is scheduled for Friday, January 19, Division 5, at 2:30 P.M.  Kristi Gray is the prosecutor.

 

 

PRE - TRIAL CONFERENCE

 

1.      Terry James Robinson – 05CR3047.  (Robbery 1st Degree [22 Counts], Giving Officer False Name or Address, Persistent Felony Offender 2nd Degree)  Mr. Robinson (DOB 4/5/80) is charged in connection with numerous robberies from June through August 2005 including Tony Boombozz Pizzeria, Clodhoppers Boutique, a Subway and a Domino’s restaurant in the Bardstown Road area.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Wednesday, January 17, Division 8, at 10:00 A.M.  Scott Davis is the prosecutor.

 

2.      Maurice O. Flippins (DOB 10/28/74) / Tamathia L. Mitchell (DOB 11/11/66) - 06CR0624 & 06CR0437.  (BOTH: Complicity to Murder, Complicity to Robbery 1st Degree, Tampering with Physical Evidence; FLIPPINS: Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon [2 Counts], Persistent Felony Offender 2nd Degree; MITCHELL: Persistent Felony Offender 1st Degree)  The defendants are charged in connection with the January 22, 2006 shooting death of Alphonso Miller in the 1700 block of Bonnyville Blvd.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Thursday, January 18, Division 9, at 8:30 A.M.  Ryane Conroy is the prosecutor.

 

3.      Derek Rene Edmonds (DOB 11/28/63) / Dewayne K. Edmonds (DOB 11/18/60) / Tyreese D. Hall (DOB 3/7/85) – 04CR2445 & 04CR1179.  (Murder, Robbery 1st Degree, Sodomy 1st Degree)  The defendants are charged in connection with the April 6, 2004 attack and beating death of Clifton Agnew in the alley behind the Brook Street Salvation Army.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Thursday, January 18, Division 9, at 9:30 A.M.  Ryane Conroy is the prosecutor.

 

4.      James B. Skaggs – 06CR3125.  (Sodomy 3rd Degree [3 Counts])  Mr. Skaggs (DOB 12/4/46), a former teacher at West Point Independent School, is charged in connection with the abuse of a 13 year old female victim in 1977 and 1978.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Thursday, January 18, Division 13, at 9:30 A.M.  Jonathan Heck is the prosecutor.

 

5.      Judith A. Golliher – 06CR3376.  (Theft by Unlawful Taking >$300 [8 Counts])  Ms. Golliher (DOB 8/8/52) is charged in connection with the taking of funds from accounts of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.).  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Friday, January 19, Division 3, at 8:45 A.M.  Todd Lewis is the prosecutor.

 

6.      Justin Brandon Lewis – 06CR3546.  (Murder)  Mr. Lewis (DOB 7/7/85) is charged in connection with the October 23, 2006 shooting death of Brittney Dunn in the 400 block of Marret Avenue.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Friday, January 19, Division 10, at11:15 A.M.  Katherine Kingren is the prosecutor.

 

 

 

 

TRIAL

 

1.      Michael W. Buchanan – 06CR1308.  (Murder)  Mr. Buchanan (DOB 12/13/50) is charged in connection with the April 11, 2006 stabbing death of Tyson Sanders at an apartment in the 400 block of West Ormsby Avenue.  A Trial is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, January 16, Division 9, at 9:30 A.M.  Mark Baker is the prosecutor.

 

2.      Jamahll Antwan Todd – 06CR0107.  (Murder, Assault 1st Degree, Tampering with Physical Evidence, Possession of a Handgun by a Convicted Felon, Persistent Felony Offender 2nd Degree)  Mr. Todd (DOB 9/9/80) is charged in connection with the December 31, 2005 shooting death of James L. Crawford at the City View Park Apartments near 11th and Chestnut streets.  A Trial is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, January 16, Division 2, at 9:45 A.M.  Jason Butler is the prosecutor.

 

 

SENTENCING

 

1.      Theodore F. Weaver – 05CR2829.  Mr. Weaver (DOB 5/24/85) pleaded guilty to Manslaughter 2nd Degree in connection with the August 10, 2005 shooting of Antonio Price at 2nd and Oak streets.  Mr. Price later died from the injuries.  Sentencing is scheduled for Tuesday, January 16, Division 11, at 9:00 A.M.  Scott Davis is the prosecutor.

 

2.      Anthony Lane Smith – 06CR1042.  Mr. Smith (DOB 2/29/80) pleaded guilty to Manslaughter 2nd Degree, Criminal Mischief, Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol and No Insurance in connection with the March 23, 2006 crash at Billtown and Easum roads which resulted in the death of Robert A. Wilson , Jr.  Sentencing is scheduled for Friday, January 19, Division 10, at 9:30 A.M.  Kristi Gray is the prosecutor.
