ARRAIGNMENTS

 

  1. Robert J. Derrico – 08CR0085.  (Murder, Tampering with Physical Evidence)  Mr. Carrico (DOB 1/28/49) is charged in connection with the January 3, 2008 death of Josephine Derrico who was found in her apartment at Rowan and 22nd streets.  Arraignment is scheduled for Monday, January 14, Division 5, at 10:30 A.M.  Erin White is the prosecutor.

 

  1. Henry A. Booker, Jr. – 08CR0121.  (Murder, Arson 1st Degree, Assault 1st Degree, Abuse of Corpse, Tampering with Physical Evidence, Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree)  Mr. Booker (DOB 8/29/70) is charged in connection with the January 2, 2008 death of James Happel whose body was found in a burning home in the 600 block of Iowa Avenue.  Arraignment has already occurred.   A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Tuesday, February 5, Division 12, at 9:15 A.M.  Tom Van De Rostyne is the prosecutor.

 

 

HEARING

 

  1. Dante Pardue (DOB 10/21/91) / Troy Cole (DOB 2/8/88) / Amy Merrick (DOB 6/18/84) / Sharon Robinson (DOB 10/25/86) – 07CR2771.  (PARDUE: Murder, Robbery 1st Degree, Burglary 1st Degree; COLE: Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, Illegal Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; MERRICK & ROBINSON: Illegal Possession of a Controlled Substance, Illegal Possession of Drug Paraphernalia)  The defendants are charged in connection with a July 1, 2007 robbery in the 4500 block of Beechbrook Road in Newburg which resulted in the shooting death of Jordan Adams.  A Hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, January 16, Division 1, at 2:00 P.M.  Khalid Kahloon is the prosecutor.

 

 

PRE - TRIAL CONFERENCE

 

1.      Andreas Coleman (DOB 6/29/83) / Antonio D. Hawkins (DOB 2/22/85) – 07CR0106.  (Murder)  The defendants are charged in connection with the December 18, 2006 shooting death of Antonio Thompson at an apartment complex in the 200 block of Trafalgar Square.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Monday, January 14, Division 8, at 2:30 P.M.  Ryane Conroy is the prosecutor.

 

2.      Semonin T. Moorman – 07CR2576.  (Murder)  Ms. Moorman (DOB 9/30/81) is charged in connection with the July 28, 2007 stabbing death of Patricia Shoulders in the 4100 block of Hazelwood Avenue.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Tuesday, January 15, Division 7, at 8:30 A.M.  Artie McLaughlin is the prosecutor.

 

3.      Jared Steen - 07CR2915.  (Murder, Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Intoxicants)  Mr. Steen (DOB 9/30/87) is charged in connection with the May 4, 2007 crash on Crittenden Drive which resulted in the death of Robert Lyle.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Tuesday, January 15, Division 8, at 9:00 A.M.  Chris Hutchison is the prosecutor.

 

4.      Beverly Ann Bryant (DOB 9/3/61) / Steven Wayne Bryant (DOB 11/10/60) – 07CR3651.  (BOTH: Murder, Robbery 1st Degree, Tampering with Physical Evidence; S. BRYANT: Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree)  The defendants are charged in connection with the November 3, 2007 stabbing death of Latour White near Dixie Highway and Lower Hunters Trace.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Tuesday, January 15, Division 11, at 9:30 A.M.  David Lewis is the prosecutor.

 

5.      Charles W. Smith – 07CR1504.  (Murder, Tampering with Physical Evidence)  Mr. Smith (DOB 8/9/46) is charged in connection with the April 21, 2007 shooting death of Keith Lamont Smith at the Beecher Terrace housing complex in the 400 block of South 12th Street.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Tuesday, January 15, Division 11, at 10:00 A.M.  Jonathan Heck is the prosecutor.

 

6.      Charlotte Rose Weathers – 07CR3275.  (Manslaughter 2nd Degree)  Ms. Weathers (DOB 3/30/51) is charged in connection with a May 17, 2007 fight at a bar in the 2500 block of Bank Street which resulted in the death of David Wayne Woodson.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Thursday, January 17, Division 3, at 10:30 A.M.  Katherine Kingren is the prosecutor.
