 ARRAIGNMENTS

  1. Glenda L. Graves – 09CR0006.  (Murder, Tampering with Physical Evidence)  Ms. Graves (DOB 8/7/54) is charged in connection with the December 28, 2008 stabbing death of Norman Williams who was found in a Beecher Terrace apartment in the 400 block of South 12th Street.  Arraignment has already occurred.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Monday, March 9, Division 13, at 9:15 A.M.  Michelle Rudovich is the prosecutor.

 

 

HEARING

 

  1. Daniel Rodriguez – 07CR2867.  (Murder, Criminal Attempted Murder, Tampering with Physical Evidence)  Mr. Rodriguez (DOB 1/19/84) is charged in connection with the August 19, 2007 shooting death of Loranzo Hyatt who was found in the emergency lane of Interstate 264 between Cane Run Road and Dixie Highway.  A Status Hearing is scheduled for Monday, January 12, Division 8, at 1:00 P.M.  Michelle Grant Rudovich is the prosecutor.

 

  1. Charles Bonner (DOB 1/31/85) / Anthony Hill (DOB 6/4/86) / Damien Holbrook (DOB 12/21/81) – 08CR1880.  (Murder)  The defendants are charged in connection with the August 31, 2007 shooting death of Robert Robinson in the parking lot of the White Castle at Seventh Street and Broadway.  A Hearing is scheduled for Monday, January 12, Division 4, at 2:30 P.M.  Artie McLaughlin is the prosecutor.

 

  1. Andreas Coleman – 07CR0106.  (Murder)  Mr. Coleman (DOB 6/29/83) is charged in connection with the December 18, 2006 shooting death of Antonio Thompson at an apartment complex in the 200 block of Trafalgar Square.  A Status Hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, January 14, Division 8, at 9:45 A.M.  Ryane Conroy is the prosecutor.

 

 

PRE - TRIAL CONFERENCE

 

1.      Nereida Allen (DOB 4/4/86) / Joshua Peacher (DOB 1/10/85) – 08CR2598.  (Murder, Assault 1st Degree, Criminal Abuse 1st Degree [2 Counts], Illegal Possession of a Controlled Substance, Illegal Possession of Drug Paraphernalia)  The defendants are charged in connection with the August 28, 2008 death of 2 year old Christopher James Allen.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Monday, January 12, Division 9, at 10:30 A.M.  Jonathan Heck is the prosecutor.

 

2.      David W. Ehle – 07CR1517.  (Sodomy 1st Degree, Sexual Abuse 1st Degree [2 Counts], Possession of Matter Portraying a Sexual Performance by a Minor [4 Counts], Distribution of Obscene Matter to Minors)  Mr. Ehle (DOB 10/10/48) is charged in connection with the abuse of a juvenile female member of his family.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Wednesday, January 14, Division 5, at 9:15 A.M.  Dorislee Gilbert is the prosecutor.

 

3.      Andrew Cochran (DOB 9/27/80) / Damon Talbert (DOB 8/29/83) – 07CR2782.  (Murder, Robbery 1st Degree, Burglary 1st Degree)  The defendants are charged in connection with the August 19, 2007 shooting death of Jamar Payne in an apartment in the De Soto Terrace housing complex.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Thursday, January 15, Division 10, at 9:30 A.M.  Tom Van De Rostyne is the prosecutor.

 

4.      David Wayne Brown – 08CR3548.  (Murder, Fetal Homicide 1st Degree, Persistent Felony Offender 2nd Degree)  Mr. Brown (DOB 1/29/80) is charged in connection with the November 23, 2008 death of Natasha Sutton at an apartment in the 4300 block of Shady Villa Drive.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Thursday, January 15, Division 3, at 9:45 A.M.  Katherine Kingren is the prosecutor.

 

5.      Isiah T. Fugett – 04CR0391.  (Murder [2 Counts], Robbery 1st Degree, Tampering with Physical Evidence)  Mr. Fugett (DOB 7/22/81) is charged in connection with the January 26, 2004 shooting deaths of Eric Ray and Robert Whitney Robbins in the parking lot of the Clarion Hotel at 101 E. Jefferson St.  A Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled for Friday, January 16, Division 3, at 9:30 A.M.  Jason Butler is the prosecutor.

 

 

TRIAL

 

1.      Lloyd Hammond – 06CR2087.  (Murder [2 Counts], Burglary 1st Degree, Kidnapping)  Mr. Hammond (DOB 10/20/85) is charged in connection with the June 3, 2006 shooting death of William Sawyers in the 2000 block of West Market Street and the June 17, 2006 shooting death of Kerry Williams in the 700 block of South 23rd Street.  A Trial is tentatively scheduled for Monday, January 12, Division 7, at 9:30 A.M.  Tom Van De Rostyne is the prosecutor.

 

2.      Arthur S. Hynes – 07CR3117.  (Rape 1st Degree)  Mr. Hynes (DOB 10/26/51) is charged in connection with the July 2007 rape of an adult female victim.  A Trial is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, January 13, Division 3, at 9:30 A.M.  Michelle Grant Rudovich is the prosecutor.

 

3.      Emily A. Hall – 07CR3962.  (Murder, Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree, Criminal Mischief 1st Degree, Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Intoxicants)  Ms. Hall (DOB 6/9/87) is charged in connection with the November 29, 2007 wreck on the Watterson Expressway which resulted in the death of Abram Reimer.  A Trial is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, January 13, Division 1, at 10:00 A.M.  Kristi Gray is the prosecutor.
